Congratulations to the 10U West Chester Dragons NL for winning the BSE 4th Annual Spring Kickoff 2018 Tournament in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, on April 7-8, 2018. They went 4-0 to run the table and defeated the Keystone Nationals in the Championship game.
